Allowing TimeTrakGO Mobile to access your location (Android)

Allowing the TimeTrakGO Mobile App to access your location using an Android Device

  1. Go to Settings > Location 
  2. Make sure that Use Location on.
  3. Go to Settings > Apps > See All
  4. Scroll until you find the TimeTrakGO App
  5. Tap the app and then tap on Permissions:
    • If Location is set to Allowed 
      • Tap Location, and verify that it is using a precise location
    • If Location is set to Not Allowed
      • Tap Location, and choose Allow only while using the app.
        • verify it is also using precise location

Go to Settings

Then Location


Then verify Use Location is enabled


Next, go to Settings, Apps


Find the TimeTrakGO app, you may need to click on "See all"
