These two settings work alongside any payroll integration to control how each employee is identified and whether their hours are included in the export.

Employee Payroll ID

Many payroll services require a payroll ID, usually a unique employee ID generated by that service. The TimeTrakGO Payroll ID field lets you enter the payroll employee number or ID used when creating an export.

Pass to Payroll

Sometimes it is necessary to prevent an employee from being included in the payroll export, such as temporary employees paid by a temp agency, salaried employees, or system admins. Disable the Pass to Payroll option on that user’s profile to leave them out.
