Help, I Forgot My Password!
Resetting your password is simple — just follow the steps below.
Step 1 Click "Forgot?"
On your company's homepage, above the password field, click Forgot?
Step 2 Enter Your Login ID or Email
Enter your Login ID or email address and click Submit.
Step 3 Check Your Email
If an active account exists, you will receive a link via email.
Note: For security purposes, the password reset link will expire in 4 days.
Step 4 Click the Link and Set a New Password
Click the link in the email to reset your password. You must enter your new password, then re-enter it to confirm they match.
Password requirements:
- Be a minimum of six (6) characters in length
- Contain at least one (1) uppercase letter (A-Z)
- Contain at least one (1) lowercase letter (a-z)
- Contain at least one (1) number (0-9)
- Contain at least one (1) special character (~`!@#$%^&*()+=_-{}[]\ | :;"'?/<>,.)
Step 5 Submit and Log In
Click Submit to save your new password — you're in! You can then click the link to return to the TimeTrakGO login screen.
