Resetting your password
If you forget your password, resetting it can be simple by following the steps below:
1. On your company's homepage, above the password field, click Forgot?
2. Enter your Login ID or email address and click Submit
3. If an active account exists, you will receive a link via email.
For security purposes, the password reset link will expire in 4 days4. Click the link in the email to reset your password- You must enter your password then re-enter it to confirm they both match
Password requirements are as follows:
- Be a minimum of six (6) characters in length.
- Contain at least one (1) Uppercase letter (A-Z)
- Contain at least one (1) Lowercase letter (a-z)
- Contain at least one (1) Number (0-9)
- Contain at least one (1) Special character (~`!@#$%^&*()+=_-{}[]\ | :;”'?/<>,.)
5. Click Submit to save your new password and you're in! You can then click the link to return to the TimeTrakGO Login screen
