How to View PTO balances and Request Time Off.
This article outlines how employees can use the TimeTrakGO Kiosk Tablet App to view their Paid Time Off (PTO) balances and submit time off requests.
1. Access Self-Service Features:
- Validate into the time clock: Employees must first validate their identity using their assigned credentials (e.g., Facial Recognition or PIN).
- Click the "Self-Service" button: After successful validation, locate and click the "Self-Service" button on the time clock interface.
2. Access Time Off Center: - Click the "Time Off Center" button: Within the Self-Service menu, locate and click the "Time Off Center" button.
3. View PTO Balances and Agenda: - Agenda View: The Time Off Center will initially display an "Agenda View" which highlights any upcoming time off requests.
- PTO Balances: Additionally, employees can view their current PTO balances for each available pay code.
- Detailed PTO Information:
- Click on an individual pay code to view more detailed information about that specific PTO type.
- Click on "Taken" or "Committed" hours to view a breakdown of hours used, accrued, and any pending requests.
4. Submit a Time Off Request: - Click the "+" button: Locate and click the small "+" button in the lower right corner of the Time Off Center screen.
5. Select Request Details: - Choose Dates: Use the calendar to select the start and end dates for your time off request.
- Select Pay Code: Choose the appropriate pay code (e.g., Vacation, Sick Leave) from the available options.
- Enter Hours: Specify the number of hours you wish to request for each day.
6. Add Optional Comment: - Enter a Comment (Optional): Add an optional comment to your request, such as the reason for your time off.
7. Submit Request: - Click "Submit Request": Once you have entered all the necessary information, click the "Submit Request" button to send your time off request for approval.
