- Navigate to the employee's user profile you wish to edit.
- Scroll down to the section titled Time Clock Options.
- Locate the field labeled Badge ID.
- Enter the 10-digit number from the RFID time card badge into the Badge ID field. Remember that the leading zeros are not necessary.
- Save the changes to the employee's profile.

Step-by-Step Instructions - On the GOtime5's main screen, tap the Manage button.
- Authenticate using a valid Login ID and password, a valid fingerprint, or an existing badge.
- Once in the management area, tap User Management and Enrollments.
- Find the employee's name in the list and tap it to open their profile.
- Select Badge by tapping the corresponding button.
- Tap the Capture Badge button.

Additional Information - User ID: The User ID field is an optional ID that an employee can use to clock in if they forget their badge.
- Alternative to Fingerprint: The assigned badge can also be used as an alternative to fingerprint authentication, depending on the clock's configuration. This offers flexibility and a backup option for employees.
