The Browser Based Time Clock is a free feature that turns any computer or tablet into an employee time clock. Once it is enabled, employees can clock in, clock out, and start or stop a break from the Time Clock Kiosk using a 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number).

Step 1 Activate the Feature

Go to the Feature Manager and, under Clocking Options, click Activate on the Browser Based Time Clock.

Step 2 Open the Kiosk

Once the feature is active, the kiosk is available at your TimeTrakGO website followed by /kiosk. For example:

https://companyname.timetrakgo.com/kiosk

Tip: Bookmark the kiosk page on the computer or tablet you are using as the time clock so it is easy to reopen.

The kiosk shows the current date and time, a list of users, and a search box.

Step 3 Create a PIN

The first time a user selects their name, they must create a 4-digit PIN.

They then enter the PIN again to confirm it.

When the PIN is confirmed, a confirmation message appears.

Step 4 Enter the PIN to Sign In

Next, the user enters their PIN one more time to access the kiosk.

Step 5 Clock In, Clock Out, or Take a Break

After entering the correct PIN, the user can Clock In, Clock Out, or start and stop a Break. They can also open the optional Time Off Center.

Note: The Time Off Center button only appears on the Plus plan.

Secure Your Time Clock Devices
