Adding hours of Vacation, Sick or Holiday is easy. Next to the date, will be a green plus symbol. Clicking on this icon will reveal a menu that will allow you to insert the hour's puzzle piece. 

Once inserted, you can set the number of hours and specify a pay code such as Vacation, Sick, or Holiday.  

Note: If you using employee schedules in TimeTrakGO you will notice an Absent on a day without punches. If you insert hours of Vacation, Sick, or Holiday that are equal to or greater-than the scheduled hours for that day, the absent will be removed.
