GPS User Location Map Report
See where employees clocked in and out on a map.
The User Location report is a GPS map of where punches were made. You can filter it by user and date range.
Step 1 Open the Report
On the Reports page, select the User Location category, then choose User Location Map from the drop-down list.
Step 2 View Punch Details
Click any map marker to see details for that punch: User Name, Punch Type, Pay Date, Punch Date and Time, and GPS Coordinates.
Step 3 Use the Map Controls
Standard map controls such as zoom in and out and satellite view are available.
Grouped punches: When several punches are at the same location, the map shows a number. Click it to zoom in. If the map is already fully zoomed in, it lists every employee who clocked in at that spot.
