Create a New Schedule

Set up employee schedules with hours, days, and breaks, then assign them to users or groups.

Creating a schedule in TimeTrakGO is simple. Schedules set the expected days and hours for your employees, along with how breaks are handled.

Step 1 Activate Employee Scheduling

Go to the Feature Manager. Under System Options, find Employee Scheduling.

Click Activate. This takes you into the scheduling settings.

Step 2 Edit the Sample Schedule or Add Your Own

In the Employee Scheduling settings, click the pencil icon to edit the Sample Employee Schedule, or click + Add Schedule to create your own.

Step 3 Set the Name, Days, and Hours

To rename the schedule, click the pencil next to its name.

Then set the hours for each day of the week.

Tip: When creating a new schedule, use Quick Add to enter the days, times, and break settings all at once.

Step 4 Choose the Break Settings

Click Breaks to choose how breaks work for this schedule.

Step 5 Assign the Schedule

Once the schedule is created, assign it to individual users or to groups.

You can also assign or change a schedule from the user's profile.
