Pay Codes

Create custom pay codes for time off, accruals, and overtime.

The Pay Codes feature lets you create additional pay codes in TimeTrakGO. You can use them for requests and approvals in the Time Off Center, track them with PTO Accruals to see available, committed, and taken hours, and choose whether they count toward overtime.

Examples: Jury Duty, Bereavement, Travel, and Sick Time.

Step 1 Open Pay Codes

Go to the Feature Manager. Under System Options, find Pay Codes and click Settings.

The Pay Codes page lists your pay codes, starting with the default system pay codes: Holiday, Vacation/PTO, and Sick. Use the search box to find a code, or select one to edit it.

Step 2 Add a New Pay Code

Note: Adding custom pay codes requires the PLUS or ULTIMATE plan.
