TimeTrakGO Update Announcement (November 2020 | v2.0.197)
This November 29th update brings some additional mobile usability enhancements as well as a few minor "BUG" fixes. 


New Mobile Menu
When accessing the GO Clock from within TimeTrakGO on a mobile device, users will now have a mobile menu that includes reports and Log Out.
 


New Mobile Access for Reports
TimeTrakGO reports are now available to users who access the system from a mobile device. Reports include the Time Card PDF, Hours, Schedules, and Exceptions. 


Reduced the User Image\Initials During PIN Entry on Small Devices
For systems that use the time clock kiosk on smaller devices, the size of the user image has been reduced. This smaller image size fixes an issue that caused the keypad to sometimes be displayed "below the fold".
 



Fixed an issue that would allow the user to change users in Time and Hours without prompting for a save. 
While a save is pending, the ability to switch users or pay periods have been removed to properly ensure all edits are saved.


Fixed an issue that reported that No Users were assigned to a supervisor. 
When user restrictions were in place, the system would sometimes report that No Users were assigned to that user.

TimeTrakGO Update Announcement (November 10th, 2020 | v2.0.188)
This November 8th update brings a new time card editing feature that simplifies the process of inserting punches to the employee time cards.  




New Punch Insert Feature
When using the insert punch feature a pop-up window will appear just after selecting your punch type. On this new window, you can set the time and click the GO button
.  
 



New and Improved "Quick edit" Features
Quick editing has been enhanced with additional logic on systems with clocked breaks.  This feature has also been improved for those systems not using employee schedules.


Invite User Button
Removed the "invite user" button from the currently logged in user which prevents that user from accidentally getting locked-out of TimeTrakGO.


Warning if No Users Assigned
Added a warning for a user-defined as a supervisor if they do not have users assigned to them.


Made GO-Clock Page More Responsive
Logged in users who have access to the GO Clock will now find the page to be more "Responsive". This means the page will better size itself to your screen. These changes now make it easier than ever to access GO Clock from a small tablet or mobile device.
 


 
Don't worry, work still continues on our dedicated mobile app for iPhones and Android devices. 


Fixed a Bug in Reports
Fixed a bug that affected in the Safari Web-Browser found on iPad or Mac-Books which prevented some reports from running. 


New Users Report
Created a new "Users Report" which will list the active users in the system. This report can be downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet.

TimeTrakGO Update Announcement (September 27th, 2020 | v2.0.171)
This September 27th update brings some great new features and a big boost in speed and performance.   




New Consolidated Help Menu
Now getting help is easier than ever. We have consolidated all of our help into one easy to access help area. This new area can be found by clicking on the left navigation menu item called Help.  Access to Live Chat, Email, Knowledge Base Articles, and in-application Tours can be found within the new help section. 

 



User Restrictions Enhancements
We just made user restrictions even better. Now, if user is assigned to a group such as "Support" or "Sales" they will automatically get all new users assigned to that group. 

New Locked Hours Feature
This update also includes a feature to Lock previous pay periods which will prevent any additional changes or edits. Currently, this process will be initiated manually and can be found in the Company Setup\Settings area. 
 

Locked employee time cards will be indicated with a pad-lock symbol as seen below. 
 



Future updates will expand on this feature to allow for automatic locking of history.
NOTE - Locking history time cards is not required


New "Editable Item" Indicator
Editing time cards with TimeTrakGO is simple, I mean Super-Simple. But some users didn't know that you can just click on the time within the puzzle piece and change it. This new update will highlight which items are editable making it easier to understand how to make changes. 



Speed
Further enhancements were made to the speed of TimeTrakGO, making it faster than ever!

TimeTrakGO Update Announcement (August 27th, 2020 | v2.0.155)
This August 27th update patches some minor bugs or issues reported within TimeTrakGO.  






Fixed an issue editing time cards with no schedules
On some systems that were not using employee schedules and manually edited an employee time card, the daily total of hours may have been incorrectly reported as 0.00 hours.  


Fixed an issue changing hours on a timecard
Similar to the issue above, on some systems that were not using employee schedules once an hours transaction (such as 8.00 hours of vacation) was entered it could not be changed.


The Time Clock Kiosk now indicates if it is offline 
The Kiosk was enhanced to display a message if the device does not have internet connectivity. The user names will also be grayed while the device attempts to reconnect.  


Enhanced Duplicate Punch Prevention
Further enhancements were made to the duplicate punch prevention in the GO Clock.


Time Card Report Improvements
Some minor enhancements were made to the time card report.

New "Supervisor" Role available for users.
A new role called "Supervisor" has been added to the user management section of TimeTrakGO. Users designated as a Supervisor\Manager can then be assigned to a restricted list of users.
 



Assigning users to a Supervisor is made simple.  Just drag and drop to assign!.
 

 
Employees now have access to self-service via the Reports section of TimeTrakGO.
 



New Time Clock Security Options


Now you can completely remove GO Clock from a user. This will allow a user access to their NEW self-service information while limiting where a user can "Clock In" from.
This feature is especially helpful when using the Kiosk as the primary time clock.

Even Faster Time Card Editing with "Next\Previous" Navigation Buttons. 
This feature will now allow you to review employee time cards faster than ever!
 



Additional Minor Enhancements!


Improved User Invitation Emails
When inviting users to TimeTrakGO via the Bulk Add feature, their invitation emails are now valid for 96 Hours. 


Fixed a Minor Bug Preventing Exceptions\Schedule Reports
On some systems, the exceptions and schedule reports failed to run.

Company Name added to the Login Screen
The system Login Screen will now contain your name.
 



Added Comments to the Time Card Report.
Comments added in Time and Hours will now be visible on the employee time card report (PDF).


 

 
Changed accepted messages in GO Clock and the Kiosk to reflect the type of transaction. 
Accepted messages will now indicate the type of transaction. For example: Clock In accepted at 8:00am or Clock Out accepted at 5:00pm

User Management has been completely redesigned with many new improvements and usability enhancements.

Improved Chat Widget\Contextual Help
The help widget has been improved for quicker access to our contextual help as well as in-app chat requests for help.

The user change history has been improved within the user profile for easier access. Options now include:

Reporting

User Selection list now remembers your position

New Kiosk Add-on Now Available! (Free)
Our new Kiosk Mode will simplify the clocking process for your employees. The Kiosk is the perfect solution for a shared computer or for configuring a tablet as a “Time Clock”

User PIN added to the user profile
The Kiosk eliminates the need for complex passwords in favor a simple 4 digit user PIN #. This PIN can be cleared or "Reset" from the system information section of the user profile. 


Enhancements to PDF report viewer
The employee timecard PDF report got a major overhaul with an awesome new PDF report viewer. 
 




Changed the default sort order of the Timecard report
The Timecard PDF have been changed to be alphabetical by Last Name.

Think of the new add-on manager like an “app store” for the TimeTrakGO product. The add-ons will allow you to add additional functionality to your TimeTrakGO system. Some add-ons will be FREE while others may have a small cost associated with them. Be sure to check back often for additional add-ons.

Device Authorization \ Punch Restrictions. (Our first “Add-on”) 
 

This new, and often-requested, feature will allow you to restrict which computers or “devices” your employees can use to clock IN or OUT. Options Include: 
  • Employee to their computer
  • Any employee to a specific computer
  • Employee to a specific IP address
  • Any employee at a specific IP address
  • White list a specific employee to use any device at any location

Change History (Users\Time Cards\Schedules) 
 

We added change history details throughout the product. You can now quickly see all changes made to a specific day within time and hours as well as any changes made by a specific user, or to a specific user’s profile.
