This August update includes some minor bug fixes as well as speed and stability improvements throughout the software.  
We also have a completely new knowledge base for improved self-help.

Time Card Report 
Fixed a minor issue on the time card report that caused some systems to print a blank page between employees.  
 
Locking of Hours 
Fixed an issue on some systems that prevented the locking of previous pay periods.  


 TimeTrakGO Update Announcement (June 2022 | v2.0.374)

This June update includes the launch of TimeTrakGO PLUS and several minor enhancements and fixes. TimeTrakGO PLUS is an exciting new addition to TimeTrakGO that bundles multiple add-ons into one performance pack to enhance your employee time tracking experience.

TimeTrakGO PLUS includes the following features:
  • Geofence - Restrict mobile clocking to specific locations
  • Custom Pay Codes - Create custom codes such as Jury Duty, etc
  • Time Off Center - Request and approve time-off requests
  • Accrual Tracking - Track the available & taken PTO balances
Geofence (Mobile App Security)
This new feature will allow you to create a boundary or fence to permit your mobile app users to clock in or out while within the predefined area. An example would be to create a radius around your building and clocking functions only become available if they are within the boundary.

This feature is ideal for remote workers who must be present on a job site before clocking in or out for the day.

Custom Pay Codes
The Custom Pay Codes add-on will allow you to create additional pay codes such as Jury Duty, Bereavement Time, Floating Holiday, etc. These new pay codes can also be made available for PTO Accrual Tracking add-on to be used as a tracked code or even permitted for time off request and approval.

Bulk Add Users
Corrected an issue with Bulk Add users which prevented saving if none of the users had an email address.

New Chat and Help Widget
TimeTrakGO now has an improved Chat and Help Widget that will provide a better support experience.

International Date\Time Issue
Corrected an issue that mainly affected our international users or those with specific regional settings.

Additional Minor Enhancements
As always, additional minor styling, speed improvements, and minor bug fixes throughout the entire system.

 TimeTrakGO Update Announcement (February 2022 | v2.0.342) 
This February update includes several new features including improved user management, enhancements to the time-off center, and improvements to the Accruals entry screen. 




Users - New User Listing
User management has been reimagined with a list view for a simple and easy way to find existing users or quickly add a new user. The list view contains important information such as their Group, Hire Date, Role, and Status. 
 



Users - New Simple Approach to Adding Users. 
The Login ID and Password requirements have been removed from the user profile screen.  This has been replaced with an optional "Create A login" toggle. When set to No, the only requirement is First and Last NameWhen Yes is selected, the mandatory email address field is shown.

 
For users that clock via the virtual time clock Kiosk, there is no longer a need for every user to have a Login ID and password. 


 
 
For users that will clock via our Mobile App and GO Clock it is easier than ever to enter them into TimeTrakGO. Just create a Login for them and send them an invitation. 


 



Users -  96 Hour Invitation Expiration and new Password Status
Invitations to TimeTrakGO now have a 96 hour (4-day) expiration increased from just 1 hour previously. We have also added a new password status that includes when the invitation will expire and if the user has successfully established their password. 




Time Off Center - Request Removal of an already approved PTO day
Time off requests can now be instantly removed by an employee. If the request has already been approved, the employee must "request removal" which requires supervisor approval before the request is removed.




Time Off Center - Reports now Available!
New Time Off Center Reports available. Reports include All Time Off Requests, Pending Requests Only, or Approved.
 



PTO Accrual Tracking - Added filtering for easier setup
Filtering has been added to the accrual setup screen. The list can now be easily filtered for a specific user, group of users, or individual pay codes. 
 
 


Mobile App - Uncover Password Option
To help with Login issues to the mobile app, an uncover password option has been added to the Login screen. 



Kiosk - Increase Button Size
The size of the PIN Entry Keypad has been slightly increased in the Kiosk.
