TimeTrakGO Mobile App now has the ability to allow your users to view their PTO Balances right from their mobile device!
In order to use this feature you will need to be part of the TimeTrakGO Plus plan and make sure you have enabled the PTO Accrual Tracking feature found under the Feature Manager.
Once you have made sure you are part of the TimeTrakGO Plus plan and have PTO Accrual Tracking enabled you will then want to log into the Mobile App.
When first entering the Mobile App you will land on the Mobile Time Clock, from there you will have two other menu options: Time and Hours and Time Off Center. You will want to click on the Time Off Center.
You will see PTO Available at the top of the screen, clicking on this area will bring you to a more detailed breakdown of your Accrual Balances.
From there you are able to click on each Accrual Balance and you will be taken into a Detail View. From there you will see your Opening Balance as well as any Taken or Committed PTO Days for this specific Pay Code.
