TimeTrakGO Mobile App now has the ability to allow your users to Request a PTO Day right from their mobile device!
In order to use this feature you will need to be part of the TimeTrakGO Plus plan and make sure you have enabled the Time Off Center in both the Mobile App add-on menu settings as well as the Time Off Center PTO/Vacation Requests add-on settings. We have included screenshots below on how you can make sure these areas are enabled.
Once you are sure they are enabled, you will want to log into the Mobile App on your mobile device.
When first entering the Mobile App you will land on the Mobile Time Clock, from there you will have two other menu options: Time and Hours and Time Off Center. You will want to click on the Time Off Center.
Once in the Time Off Center, you will see a blue (+) on the bottom right-hand side of your screen.
Once you click on the (+) you will be brought to a new screen, New Time Off Request.
Once you have entered all of the correct information, you will want to click on the checkmark in the top right-hand side of the screen to submit your request.
You will then have a list of pending, approved, and denied requests. Once your request has been approved you will be able to view your days right here from the Time Off Center.
