How to Manage Enrollments (Web)
Enroll your users' faces from the TimeTrakGO web application.
TimeTrakGO offers two ways to enroll your users' face templates. This article shows how to enroll users from the TimeTrakGO web application. You can also enroll them at the tablet; see How to Manage Enrollments (Kiosk App).
Step 1 Open the Tablet App Time Clock Settings
Go to the Feature Manager and click Settings next to the Tablet App Time Clock add-on.
Step 2 Open Facial Enrollments
Choose the Facial Enrollments tab.
Step 3 Edit the User
Click the Edit icon next to the user you want to enroll.
Tip: To find users who still need an enrollment, filter the list to Not Enrolled using the Enrolled filter.
Step 4 Upload an Image or Take a Photo
If you already have a photo of this user, click Upload Image and select it from your computer.
Tip: If your computer has a webcam, choose the option to activate the webcam and take a photo to capture the enrollment right away.
Step 5 Crop the Image
Crop the image similar to the example below, then click Done.
Step 6 Add More or Finish
Facial recognition supports multiple enrollment photos for each user. One is usually enough, but if a user has trouble clocking in or out, adding another photo can help. When you're finished, click Close.
