On some Android tablets, the facial recognition camera view appears rotated 90 degrees. A quick setting change in the Kiosk App fixes it.

Step 1 Open the Manager Settings

On the Kiosk App, press Manage in the lower left corner of the screen and log in with administrator credentials.

Step 2 Open Time Clock Settings

Tap Time Clock Settings.

Step 3 Turn On Use Device Camera Application

Find the Use Device Camera Application setting and turn it on with the toggle on the right.

The Kiosk App will now use the tablet's own camera app, which should show the correct orientation during facial recognition.
