Time Off Requests

Time Off Requests is a feature included with the TimeTrakGO Plus plan. 
 
The Time Off  Requests feature allows the administrator to set up which pay codes you will allow your employees to request off and if you would like them to have access via the browser based kiosk, web login, or mobile app. 
 
If you are not in the TimeTrakGO Plus plan, you will see an orange "Try Plan" button.
 

 
If you are already on the TimeTrakGO Plus plan, all you will simply have to do is click on "Activate" from the Feature Manager menu.
 

 Once you activate this feature, you will then enter into the settings menu. 
 

 
From here you can choose which Pay codes you would like your employees to have access to requesting off. 
 
If you would like them to be able to choose a pay code, you will need to have it "Enabled" if you would like that pay code to be hidden from the request off menu, you would mark it "Disabled" 
 
You can also choose if your employees can request PTO from the web lgo
