Users of TimeTrakGO that log in from a web-page to access GO Clock will now have a new left navigation menu called Time Off Center. The new Time Off Center will allow them to see their PTO calendar as well as submit a time-off request.
How to Submit a new Time Off Request
Once in the PTO center, users will click the button labeled Add New.
This will open a section which will allow the user to pick their dates and number of hours per day for the request. Optionally, users can add a note such as "Much needed summer vacation" or "Trip to Disney". Next, the user can click on the Submit button.
Once submitted, the request will appear as "pending" on their calendar or list view.
Once a day has been approved, the request will show a GREEN approved icon, if denied the request will show a RED denied icon. The list view will be updated as well.
