Users of TimeTrakGO that clock in from the Time Clock Kiosk will now have a new button called Time Off Center. The new Time Off Center will allow them to see their list of PTO items as well as submit a time-off request.
How to Submit a new Time Off Request
Once in the PTO center, users will have the ability to select dates from the calendar, Paycode Item, and Hours by day
Once submitted, the request will appear as "pending" on list view.
Once a day has been approved, the request will show a GREEN approved icon, if denied the request will show a RED denied icon. The list view will be updated as well.
